Gro-Shu kids size 4.5/13.5cms blue lace up shoes made in Australia, VGUC

Very good used condition. There is some scuffing around the toe. These shoes are marked as a 4.5 - not sure if this is AU or UK sizing. They measure approx. 13.5cms from heel to toe.
