Shipping policy

 

All orders will be processed within approximately 3 business days. We use Australia Post. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for delivery within Australia. All of our parcels are tracked and sent on standard delivery unless Express is requested at additional cost at checkout. Standard shipping is $10.95 flat rate Australia-wide and free shipping on all orders over $120. No international shipping available.

We do offer local pick up from Ringwood East or Rosanna. Select local pick up at checkout and we will be in touch once the order is ready for collection with the pick up address. In some cases, where location is local we can also deliver your order on request.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct. We take no responsibility for deliveries where incorrect details are provided or parcels are left unattended and are lost or stolen as a consequence. 

We endeavour to use compostable packaging or re-used packaging to send all of your orders.
