Refund policy

We get it, buying second hand can sometimes feel risky. Will the items match your expectations? Will they be clean? Will they look like the photos? We understand that having some doubts or uncertainty might mean you don't go ahead with a purchase. But we want to assure you that we won’t disappoint you. In fact, we guarantee you will be happy with your order, or we’ll refund you. Simple. It’s all part of our mission to get more people shopping preloved, and with confidence. 

We don’t accept returns for change of mind purchases, but if something isn’t right with your order or you have any concerns, please contact us (mailto:hello@roundandroundthegarden.com.au) and we will sort things out as quickly as possible. If a refund is necessary, it is made according to the original method of purchase. Please remember it can sometimes take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
