FAQs
| How much is shipping? | We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping. If your order totals $100 or more, shipping is free! | |
| Who do you use to ship? | We generally use Australia Post | |
| Can I pick up my order? | Yes! You can collect your order from Ringwood East or Rosanna. In some cases, we might even be able to drop off to you. | |
| Do you have a shop I can visit? | No. We are exclusively online which means we can service customers all over Australia. And we never close! | |
| Do you ship internationally? | We can arrange international shipments. Email us at hello@roundandroundthegarden.com.au and we'll work something out! | |
| What if I'm unhappy with my order? | Please get in touch with us! We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases and we promise to make things right. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. | |
| When can I send you my clothes to sell? | Due to high demand for our service, our stock purchasing is on a waitlist basis. However, if you are seeking store credit as we are happy to take your items immediately in order to encourage our circular economy model. Please contact us here. | |
| My order hasn't arrived yet, where is it? | We send a tracking number with all our orders so please use that to check the progress of your parcel. We generally fulfill orders within three business days, although as a small business, occasionally we have unforseen delays. | |
| What packaging do you use? | We try to be as low waste with our packaging as possible! It's not always pretty but it saves valuable resources. If you don't receive your order in a reused satchel or box, it will generally be sent using compostable packaging. We also use Packshare to reuse unwanted packaging from other organisations. | |
| How much can I expect for my items when selling to you? | When buying your items, we consider a range of factors such as the brand, condition and how quickly we think we can turn your items over. We buy your items outright so you don't have to wait for your things to sell to be paid, but our service also takes all the hassle of donating and recycling things we are unable to sell. You can choose from cash or store credit which will be higher than our cash offer. Please remember you are selling to a business, so remember to consider this and keep your expectations realistic. There's lots of information on our Sell to Us page too! | |
| What do the codes mean on your products? | We grade our items according to the condition they are in. We try to be as accurate as we can with the condition so your expectations are met. BNWT - brand new with tags; EUC - excellent used condition; VGUC - very good used condition; GUC - good used condition; PC - play condition. Please refer to our quality standards guide for more detail which you can find on each item description. |

| What brands do you sell? | We sell a range of brands from designer to more generic brands. We want to make second hand accessible and affordable for everyone and we also want to keep all clothes in circulation as long as possible. While we don't endorse fast fashion, we believe the most sustainable clothes are the ones that already exist. We have decided not to sell items from Shein or Temu due to the toxic chemicals that have been found in their clothing. You can shop by brand here. | |
| Do you sell gift vouchers? | Yes! Our e-gift cards make a wonderful choice for sustainably minded baby showers, a gift for new parents, birthdays or any occasion! | |
| What size ranges do you sell? | Premature to teen plus maternity wear. | |
| What range of products do you sell? | Mostly clothing but we also have a range of toys, books and accessories. | |
| What charity services do you support? | We support local charities in our area including Angels 3081 and Diamond Valley Community Support. We have also donated to Greenfleet for a number of years. |
