As fellow parents, we know how busy you are. And we understand that keeping on top of your child’s wardrobe is a big job. They grow so fast and often don’t even get to wear some of the beautiful clothes you’ve bought for them. And when it comes time to clear things out, you just want to make some space and move on. You know how much you’ve spent on the clothes, but you just don’t have the time or energy to bother selling them. You’d like to support charities but you also don’t want to burden them with items that might not be suitable for donation. And yet the last thing you want to do is add to landfill. So what do you do? At Round & Round the Garden, we look after everything for you. 

 

 

As part of our service, we accept ALL your items, regardless of condition. We will pay you cash for what we can sell, and we will ensure that everything else is taken care of in an environmentally responsible way. No strangers on online marketplaces to deal with. No waiting for consignment payments. No guilt! And it couldn’t be easier.

We sort and process all our preloved items through one of the sustainability streams so that nothing goes to waste. Recycling textiles is a wonderful initiative, but our first aim is reuse, before we recycle. You can read more about our sustainability mission here...

WANT TO GET INVOLVED? HERE'S HOW...

 

  1. Take some photos of your things and upload them to our website. Provide us with as much information as possible with respect to brands, condition, number of items. Please also indicate your expectation of how much you would like to be paid for your items. 
  2. We will respond with our cash offer, or you may prefer store credit or a donation to be made to one of our charity partners instead. The offer includes the collection of your items from your nominated address. 
  3. Should you accept, we provide you with a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to a satchel or box for collection from you via our courier service. If your items total more than 100L/25kg, we can make arrangements for larger shipments. (picture of box with label attached)
  4. Once we receive your package, we will check it to ensure it matches the information you have supplied and release the agreed payment.* (money)

*We reserve the right to make adjustments to the agreed price if we deem the information you have provided to be inaccurate or misleading.
